Sections of exterior pipe insulation protected with metal foil tape are sill intact. Sections protected only with paint type coating are deteriorating.
Note leaf accumulation along piping and collector.
Air vent exhaust clogged with water sediment buildup.
Collector bracket mounting screws are starting to rust.
