Anti scald valve stuck at 4.
Air vent shows sediment build up around exhaust port.
Exterior insulation is in satisfactory condition. Interesting since sections of it do not show UV protection material.
Insulation on sides of collector appears to be deteriorating. Metal foil is coming off.
Neither pitch pans nor copper flashing appears to have been used for roof pipe penetrations.
No evidence of leaks in ceiling.
Sloppy job of sealing wire nuts at roof location.
Some metals screws attaching PV module to flat plate are rusting.
