System is working. No problems.
New owner. Did not know anything about the system. Inspection revealed no problems. Valve handles were positioned correctly. Exterior insulation still in good condition. Used latex paint. Wood supports at collector mount are being affected by the environment but are still functional. Explained system function to homeowner. Will send manual.
