Picture of Nightbreeze system. The space conditioning system features highly efficent components with optimizing controls. Two 2-ton Carrier 38BRC0234 AC condensers (Puron refrigerant)are matched with a high efficiency, variable speed air handler.

The NightBreeze system provides night ventilation cooling for the residence. Smart controls provide integration of all the mechanical system components. Space heating is provided by a variable speed air handler that obtains its heat from the high efficiency water heater.

A Rinnai 2532FFU instantaneous gas water heater is the souce for heating and backup for the solar hot water system.
